06/13/2007 | I've heard Kaiser is good for well baby and if your healthy. Compared to private practice pediatrians I disagree. There is always a 6 week+ wait for a well baby check up and they don't offer 1, 9, & 15 month check ups. If your not due for a vaccine or very sick, they don't want to see you. They also take over 5 days to call you back for a follow up or specialist appt.

10/30/2005 | I was admitted to the ER and the wait was long but I eventually did get taken care of, and their ER is pretty much like any other ER I have been to. However, the same day, my mother had heart valve replacement and was in the CSU unit. I have nothing but raves for the cardiac team at Kaiser Los Angeles. The surgeons saved my mother's life and she had complications. The nursing staff in the CSU are amazing people and I think they are the most awesome medical team in the world. Thanks to them, Mom is doing well. Without Kaiser's superior medical team, I might have lost my mom.
