10/08/2005 | We have made numerous attempts to contact NGN Inc. in regards to support, particularly the unauthorized release of the domain name of one of our clients, ww.YardServicer.com, resulting in loosing the domain name, and having the site disappear from the NGN Inc. hosting server. This has caused damage to our credibility, not to mention the loss of revenue, including our responsibility to our customer to make good for any further damages.
Additionally, since NGN Inc. has failed to respond to our phone messages and e-mails, we are most concerned about the other businesses hosted by NGN Inc., and we represent, of having a similar fate.
We have began legal proceedings and plan on leveraging an action seeking satisfaction for liability and requiring NGN Inc. to cover any and all costs and damages incurred as a direct result of their incompetence.
