Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH)(New York, New York & Newark/Hoboken, New Jersey) 2

Seeing that it is a short line does not affect my decision much, but what I do not like is that though it is convienient to go to Hoboken and Newark, some stations are too narrow and are not wheelchair accessible. Imagine rush hour- that can be dangerous if simultaneously two trains arrive and passangers leave them. To also see that there is at the end of some platforms, the walls are too close to the edge of the platform- NYC's three stations are the worst. I could not imagine that the conductor can leave a transfer door open to let in noise within a subway; in addition, s/he operates the train in many areas of the train. What would be a great improvement is to make the chime that signals the doors are about to close to be more tintinnabulous-it sounds too weird and melancholic. Not really a good transit system, but it can be better than Miami's single line Metro.
