The absolute worst customer service. Money was taken out of my account without my permission by a vendor causing me to have NSF charges. I reported to Suntrust Fraud immediately and submitted proof the this was an unauthorized charge. SUNTRUST'S Manager Charmain refused to credit my account and her boss Di Marco would not return my calls. It took over six week for the resolution. SUNTRUST STINKS!!!!! Other banks credit accounts immediately when there is fraud suspected with the stipulation that the money will be debited if the research proved there were no fraud. SUNTRUST DOES NOT ...... customers have to wait for the entire investigation to be completed....6 weeks or longer.
