I spent 40 minutes on the phone with 3 different representatives who couldn't provide me the slightest bit of useful information such as how many time a phrase is searched. They kept confusing this number with how many web sites exist on the Internet with my keyword in it. They don't even know what they're talking about. To sell their service, they need to know more than the average advertiser, and they don't. This is 40 minutes of my life I will never get back. Stay away!
