Colonial Life insurance has represented my company since 1991. They sold cancer, sickness, disability, accident and life polices. we have paid over $150,000.00 in premiums. We have filed only 2 claims and they have not paid one penny.We have no choice but going to another company to protect our valuable employees and their loved ones. I rate them a MINUS 10 on paying claims and a perfect score on takeing premiums.

I switched to Colonial Life a few months ago. I was with Aflac previously. Since switching, I have been so impressed with the difference in customer service I have been receiving. I haven't had any claims yet, thank God, but if I do, I will be sure to comment on that when the time comes.
