Not entirely sure how this song continues to get airplay, won a Grammy, or how it became popular in the first place. I respect the hell out of Carlos Santana, but his twanging in this song absolutely stinks. Guitar World magazine recently ranked this as the #3 all-time worst guitar solo of all time....behind only Poison and "Summertime Blues" from Blue Cheer.

Michelle has had a nice career to date, and much of her work is very entertaining, but this song may have been better suited for a cast-off such as Sarah Brightman or Lil Kim....

Great song! It was very pretty. Michelle is a great new coming music artist. She has great amounts of talent. Carlos Santana, of course, is a legend to say the least.

You can't have a good video with a crappy song, and this song just happens to be great. Michelle Branch's vocals combined with Santana's guitar wizardry make for a great song, so the video is enjoyable too, if only to hear the song.
