Chiropractic horror story. Dr Dan Jacobazzi invited me to get checked out for back pain. Sold me some special deal of 30 visits if I paid in advance. My pain went from bad to worse to excruciating. To make a long story short, I went to Loyola and had emergency back surgery the same day they looked at me for something called Cauda Equina Syndrome.
