I so agree with this! I've gone to her a few times, but never again. She left test results on my cell phone at 5pm on a Friday with no return number and then was out on Monday. When she finally called me back on Tuesday, she was obnoxious and condescending. There are much better people in the practice.

I completely and whole-heartedly agree!! I walked out of my appointment completely shocked and speechless. I was horrified by my experience. My regular doctor was out and I was extremely ill. I had missed 7 days of work and was barely able to walk into the office. Although I love my regular doctor, I was desperate and needed to see someone so I went to see Dr. Oosterbaan. She is the MOST unprofessional and discourteous doctor/person I've ever met in my life. She was physically aggressive when examining me and spoke down at me. When I asked for a swab to see if I had strep, she refused. I asked her nicely again and she raised her voice and in a very, very loud, stern voice told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I didn't need one. I will NEVER go to see her again.

Dr. Oosterbaan is the worst doctor I've ever seen in my entire life. I have never been treated so badly or rudely by someone. The first thing she did when she walked into the office was yell at me for taking too long with paperwork (she actually raised her voice) and she said that I was wasting her time because I was not sick enough to be there. She was very condescending and basically kicked me out of her office. I went in with flu-like symptoms in combination with a sore throat. She said that there was nothing she could do for me. As it turned out, I had strep throat, which I found out from a different doctor that I saw the next week. She didn't even bother looking at my throat or testing it for strep.
