Me favorite herb. I add it to salads, meats, pasta, I eat it with bread, with cheese, I cook with it, I make juice out of it, I chew it by itself. Great flavor, great aroma, great breath!

This is The Daddy of all herbs! It smells divine and can work wonders ripped up and added to pasta. Add it to a toasted brie and tomato sandwich mmmmm. Nice in salads as well.

A marvelous flavor: the leaves can be added to salad straight up, or used in many kinds of cooking. The plant is sacred in Hinduism. I always have some growing because it is sacred in my kitchen.

Pizza, sallads, dressings, pastasauces. Basil is a very brittle but distinct taste. It can really complete whatever it's added to. It has a bit of an acidity to it and shouldn't be overused.
