This street fair came back again -- or tried to -- after a few years away. This time it was not as good. It was only a few blocks long and this was not in the "upper" part of Polk where it should have been extended, where a lot of the better shops and restaurants are. Not everything started when it was supposed to. Why does Polk St. have such a hard time hosting street fairs? This is a popular shopping street. Why does the fair cease to exist on this street, then try to start up again but with so little going on? This is my second review because it stopped then tried to start again and I couldn't believe how short it was this time... Hopefully this year it will be better and continue to the north a few blocks like it used to.
