This is another favorite of mine. The third verse is actually a beautiful Christmas prayer; asking Jesus to stay near, to bless and care for the children, and for a home in Heaven. Why not make this our own prayer? For Jesus is the best and most important gift of all, and the real Reason for the Season. May CHRIST always stay in Christmas! Best wishes to everyone for a most excellent holiday.

Along with Silent Night, I think this is another lovely carol about the First Christmas.

I would give this a 5 because it has to be one of the first religious songs most kids learn. A very simple song that sings about the birth of Jesus. I must admit whenever I see a Manger scene I always think of " Away In a Manger"
