08/19/2003 | What a beautiful neighborhood, much more beautiful than anything on the North side. It's also one of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in the city. Only drawback: University of Chicago students are way too serious. This neighborhood is great if you like a quiet, safe, peaceful atmosphere. If you want to have some fun, go elsewhere.
