Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) 5

I'm a huge fan of Anna Paquin in her role as Sookie Stackhouse. She's surprisingly believable and well-developed for a character in a drama about vampires :P She plays Sookie as mildly naive, idealistic and guarded in emotional matters, but also smart and strong in her interactions with other people and not-so-friendly vampires. This series would undoubtedly fall flat without her.
