Worked in this building for a Startup for 1.5 years, they have well maintained office spaces with reasonable prices. We had the static issue because of the Carpet, but otherwise good. Their staff are friendly and sometimes strict on using the Bikes (always need to use a seperate elevatory) and making calls on the corridor.

Even though they have good office space the corridor is pretty small. You are just few steps from Starbucks, Chipotle, Subway and a lot of good restaurants nearby.
