I have worked as a contractor for Plum Catering over 3 years now. My wife Karen is an excellent cook, and I love good healthy food. But we are not culinary snobs. Gordon Ramsey can stuff his Risotto.What I mean to say is that every time we work there (Plum Catering not Hells Kitchen), they always serve lunch with same food that the schools and daycare clients get. I always dig in, and usually get to take some food home with me. You better believe that the food is mouth watering and healthy.No wonder when they do food tastings they always win new converts from their competition.Wally and Linda Warlyn, the owners, refuse to use food additives even though I see nothing wrong with using them. Now they are arranging for buying raw organic foods grown here in the midwest and bought straight from the farmers.5 starsRick Gellert
