I spent 12 hours on hold talking to customer service rep's rescheduling flight I was cursed out by a "supervisor" named Marilyn Sun Country failed to waive any fees (as they had promised in their "hurricane policy") Sun Country did not inform me of Hurricane Dean (I had to inform them and cancel the trip myself--despite the fact that the Mexican government had already issued "no fly" orders)

The flights are always at midnight or some weird time and there is only one a day. That's what you get for flying a cutrate airline. The seats are small and the checkin was slow, but the staff was ok.

Ok i decided to change what i wrote from before. The service is very good on this airline (friendly, and attentive). The plane was nice but a little crowded. If you are looking for a top quality flight w/ entertainment/ good food, then sun country is probably not what you are looking for. The major pros here are the prices.

Great people. Easy way to travel. Medium size planes and uncomplicated system. No connections - just one town to another. Good prices. Upbeat employees. Trying to be small and simple - never harrass clients. Enjoyable and worth reviewing them as options, especially to vacation towns.
