This is an excellent hand lotion! However opening the cap for the first time to use it is rediculous! A little simple diagram would be useful. When opening for the first time, you have to hold the middle of three movable rings while unlocking (twisting) the spigot to pump the lotion out. This last time I had to use pliars because my fingers kept slipping off of the ring because of the lotion. Now that I am in the elite club of Midsummer Night's Cream bottle openers, I happily share my new found skills with other dry skinned Trader Joe's devotees :)

This is an inexpensive pH balanced unscented moisturizer so it is good for sensitive skin types. You can use this on your hands and body. It is a thicker, creamier consistency than the other version of Midsummer Night's Cream (which is more of a lotion because it is more liquid-y in texture).
