Now called Sharon Cleaner, I have these people twice in the past year, and both times they have more than failed to deliver. The first time I went in to get a bridesmaid's dress altered. It just needed a few simple fixes, yet they completely missed the mark, and the lining of the dress ended up being longer than the actual dress. After almost a year, I thought I'd try their cleaning services, giving them the benefit of the doubt for the alteration mishap. I thought it a bad sign when the male owner didn't even know how to input the information into the computer, but still gave him the benefit of the doubt. I went in to pick up my items a day after they were supposed to be ready, only to find the same man nervously tell me they weren't ready. I was suspicious, but waited a week, and then went back again to pick up my things. This time, the man's wife was working, and she spent a good 20 minutes looking for my things, which were a duvet cover and pillow shams. She then called her husband, spoke with him for several minutes, and then told me they sent it all back in for cleaning again the day before, and that it would cost me even more than was written on my ticket. She was flippant and rude, rolling her eyes and telling me she didn't care about what was happening. Apparently, her husband's mistake in pricing was now my problem and not hers, and I was going to have to pay extra to get my bedding back 2 weeks late. Every time I told her it wasn't my fault her husband messed up and that I wasn't going to pay more than what I was told, especially since I had it in writing and they were extremely overdue in returning my things, she just kept saying "OK, you just pay me more and I'll get your things back tomorrow." Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable
