Who knows how Victor Claver will turn out, but a 6-11 small foward certainly sounds intriguing. Maybe he will be the next Dirk, or maybe just another lanky European kid who can't cut it. The Blazers have three second round choices in Cunningham, Pendergraph, and Mills, but with such a young, solid team already, I don't see those guys having much impact on Portland's roster.
