Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder selected Arizona State's James Harden with the 3rd pick, and traded for the rights to Ohio State center B.J. Mullens.

Oklahoma City Thunder 5

The Thunder/Sonics have done really well in the draft the last few years, and 2009's effort looks like it might work out for them as well. James Harden did a great job at Arizona State in his two years there, and he seems to have a game that will work well in the NBA. B.J. Mullens wasn't exactly great in his one year at Ohio State, but he has a lot of potential and there weren't a lot of good center prospects after the first two picks. I'm not sold on Mullens being an NBA success, but I think Harden will do very well. If both of these guys work out well, the Thunder could have all five starters on their team coming from their last three drafts. Thats an incredibly productive couple of years, and creates a potentially great core of young players with Westbrook, Durant, and Green.
