The book (Interpersonal communication) came to me without the CD (MyCommunicationLab Series) as it was published which you can see for yourself above. So, I received an incomplete item though the book was clean with few markings.
My advice is that books should be sold to buyers with all the items published along with it to avoid problems with the users (students).

Even if your not in school, this is a great book to hone your communication skills. Easy to understand and helpfull excersizes.

The book was new as stated, but there was no product key card in the book which allows the reader to access the companion website "mycommunicationslab." Without the key, the site is asking for $63+ to purchase one, when it should have accompanied the book. Better off purchasing from the college book store.

I liked the price of the item, since it was way cheaper than buying it from the school bookstore. The shipping was also very fast. I ordered it a week before school and got it a couple days before school started and was able to look over material for the course.

I am giving this a "1" rating because I teach an Interpersonal Communications course and this is his FOURTH edition of the same materials in 4 years. This means not only do students have less used books to choose from, I have to reconfigure my teaching. Very frustrating.
