I used this so i could fall asleep quickly before school and i have to say it works great for me. if you are looking for something that knocks you out instantly, this isnt for instant sleep. it usually takes effect after 50 minutes for me. this is great because im not tired and all sleepy in the morning so its good if you have school. BUT whenever i use this product, all over my body i have these twitches the next day. all of the sudden my thigh would twitch, normally where it cant twitch. so it might make you twitchy to. but overall this works great.

It really don't work too great for me. Though it's more likely beacuse I normally take ambien, and I take this on the days if I'm out of my RX. So my body is used to sleep aid that works fast and quick. I normally will take 2 of the simply sleep and it takes me for ever to get sleepy.

Simply Sleep works ok, I went from 2 hours of straight sleep to 4 hours. Which makes the a world of difference for me. it did leave me kind of sleep through out the day, so don't drive. I did not fully wake up till about 1pm in the afternoon.

I havent slept in a week(finals week, stress, etc), walked into Rite Aid and bought Simply Sleep because it was the only drug that wasnt a pain killer. Took it before bed and felt it kick in within an hour or so and slept a full 12 hours. AMAZING.

The entire process felt natural, I do however remember doing a few things before bed(checking email and texting) of which I have little no recollection.

I think this product is wonderful, especially considering it is non-prescription. I was given a prescription melatonin enhancing product and it made me feel awful the next day. Simply Sleep has a very nice drowsy feeling without the grinding edgy feel that some aids leave you with. I am somewhat concerned about the antihistamine aspects since it may affect hypertension levels, but I can't see too much difference after using it for about three months. I would recommend it from a layman's perspective.

Works well. Would give it a 5 except i'm concerned that its primary ingredient, diphenhydramine, is an antihistamine, and thus probably has some incidental effects that i'm not wanting.

i haven't enjoyed a nights sleep in years!  i love this product and will use it again and again.  for the first time in years i awoke, peed and then fell back into my dreamstate!  i awoke feeling just the way the advertisment said i would, only better.  i definatly recomend this simply sleep medication, love the restful sleep.

This has the same weird ingredient as Tylenol PM, which is 25mg of diphenhydramine HCI. At least the Tylenol PM has acetaminophen to counteract the weird jittery headache that ingredient gives me. Dramamine works a lot better for my sleep problems.

I don't think it would work.

I've been having problems with 1. not being able to go to sleep and 2. not being able to stay asleep once I fall asleep. This was a complete blind purchase at Eckerds. I read the labe that said fall asleep fast and thought hopefully this could work. My husband can fall asleep as soon as he closes his eyes while I can lie awake in bed for up to an hour and still not fall asleep. I must say that this took NO TIME to kick in. I felt absolutely drowsy within 15 minutes of taking it and fighting to stay awake within 30 minutes. I could fight no longer. I took it early thinking it would take more time to kick in. I was surprised it worked so fast! I had the most restful and uninterrupted sleep last night than Ive probably had in months! This was made just for me!

I just bought Tylenol Simply Sleep yesterday and tried it for the first time last night. It didn't work for me at all. It took forever to fall asleep and then I woke up several times during the night. It was like I didn't take anything to help me sleep. I will give it another try tonite.

My husband uses this about once a week. It works great and no hangover the next day. It does take an hour to kick in (which is says on the package). He has been really happy with this product and never buys anything else.

I love simply sleep! I have tried different sleep aids but none have helped me the way simply sleep has. I always felt groggy with others but I always wake up the next day with simply sleep, refreshed and awake!

This works good but, it takes about an hour to kick in. If I want it to work faster, I drink a hot cup of tea with it. It is very helpful though.

I have tried this medicine before. It is made by the makers of Tylenol.I bought it when it was on sale. It helped me get drowsy enough to fall asleep.It comes 24 pills to a pack { 12 doses} It is fairly priced i guess.But i only bought this when it was on sale. From what I can see. This works pretty good for when someone gets a night when it is hard to fall asleep.
