In the '60s, all sorts of great music became popular.By the '70s, the suits were back in control, and the best music was once again relegated to the underground.Note: In both cases there are some exceptions to this overgeneralization.

The 70's had a few good tunes. Still the decade paled in comparison to the '60's.
