Are there any languages [spoken by humans] that weren't made by humans?

Esperanto is pretty unnecessary because Spanish accomplishes the same thing and is already spoken by more people than any other language with the possible exception of Mandarin.

Is there an Esperanto version of sign language or braille? Like we don't have enough languages and dialects to struggle with...

Esperanto is the ideal "springboard" to learning other languages. I can now watch movies in french, italian, german, etc. and understand much more than I did before, even though I have never studied those languages. The kids in our Esperanto club learned the basics last semester and they now correspond with kids around the world! Lastly, I was able to translate a Chinese document into English thanks to my friend who put it into Esperanto first for me. We both split the fee we charged for doing it.

There are actually other artificial languages that were created for the purpose of universal comunication...ie Loglang, interlingua and others. Dr. Zamanoff(?) created Esperanto to ease world tensions at the time (about WW 1), and he even proposed a universal religion.

As the only SPOKEN man-made language that I am aware of that is still in wide use, I think this one is the winner
