 | MissPackRat4Jesus (38) 11/23/2007 | It's stuffing in more ways than one, if you know what I mean. Just drench it in gravy, and I'm okay with that.

 | twansalem (36) 10/31/2007 | Second only to the turkey as the best and most essential part of Thanksgiving dinner. The only problem is that some people do some really strange things to ruin perfectly good stuffing. It needs bread, butter, onions, celery, sage, salt, and pepper, and that's about it. A few other spices can be good if you are careful about your selections. No matter how tempted you are to "fix it up", please do not add any of the following: sugar, raisins, oysters, less desirable turkey parts (liver, gizzard, heart, etc.), any kind of fruit.

 | LadyJesusFan777 (34) 11/23/2006 | Stuffing is a great alternative to mashed potatoes and gravy. Scrumptious anytime, not just "Turkey Day".

 | Vudija (92) 11/22/2006 | So maybe I'm the odd one out, but I don't like stuffing at all. I think my family's made it all of 3 holidays and it always goes to waste because no one (out of 40+) guests will ever touch the stuff.

 | GenghisTheHun (168) 11/03/2005 | Turken and stuffing! MMmmm! I can hardly wait for the dinner to begin. I like apples in my stuffing along with the giblets of the bird. Sage and other spices must be included. A little celery is nice.

 | kamylienne (77) 11/25/2004 | Oh, the many varities of stuffing, and it rarely can go wrong! I still love the Stove Top stuffing, but I love homemade stuff, especially cornbread stuffing, and even some rice stuffing (though rice stuffing is better with things like cornish hens and stuff). Yum.

 | Aurielle (18) 11/24/2004 | I never used to like this stuff (I saw it as soggy, salty bread) but one of my friends got me hooked on it. For lunch, she would bring a big plastic bowl of it to class and heat it in the microwave. It smelled so good and one day I asked if I could try it. I fell in love. Of course, I wouldn't eat it all the time or too much of it . . . but it's great around the holidays.
