 | twansalem (36) 10/31/2007 | Most of the time I'd rather have some sort of fruit pie (peach, blackberry, cherry, etc.), but I do want my pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. But there has to be cool whip.

 | SharonParry (42) 11/23/2006 | I never liked the taste of Pumpkin pie so I make two or three pies each year. Always have 1 pumpkin, 1 apple and 1 whatever someone chooses. I also make Plum Betty which is something like pie. Everyone loves it.

 | Vudija (92) 11/22/2006 | Might be the odd one out again, but I don't like pumpkin pie and never have. To make up for that, my family usually sets aside a blueberry pie just for me (and the other odd guests haha)

 | numbah16tdhaha (147) 11/03/2005 | With Cool Whip, of course. UPDATE: What little troll has a problem with Cool Whip on my pumpkin pie or any of the other things the little ingrate has marked unhelpful in the past two minutes? Fortunately there is a bug in the system that makes the unhelpful go away when I re-post this! Ha!

 | GenghisTheHun (168) 11/03/2005 | In honor of the Pilgrims is the reason we eat pumpkin pie. We must also keep the vast, conspiratorial pumpkin trust in business!

 | Kairho (11) 10/12/2005 | Technically, not as good as pecan pie, but more traditional. Ok, you can have a half slice of pecan, too.

 | kamylienne (77) 11/25/2004 | I LOVE pumpkin pie. Can't get enough. I made little tiny double-layered pumpkin pies this year (no cooking needed, which is essential if I'm to make anything edible), great stuff; based on this recipie: http://pie.allrecipes.com//az/DoubleLayerPumpkinPie.asp. Good stuff, I promise!

 | bibliophile (10) 11/24/2004 | I love pumpkin pie, especially if it's homemade. I just make these whenever. I don't just limit it to Thanksgiving.

 | Aurielle (18) 11/24/2004 | For some reason, I can't stand pumpkin pie. The texture is slimy to me and I'm not a big fan of nutmeg, either. Like Garrison Keillor said, The best piece of pumpkin pie you've ever had isn't much better than the worst piece.
