10/31/2007 | If you insist on a vegetable being served at Thanksgiving, green bean casserole (the kind made with mushroom soup and the fried onions on top) is a far better option than the more traditional corn.

11/22/2006 | Traditionally dressed up for the occasion in some kind of casserole mix. I usually put a few on my plate but, you have to understand - this is basically a day where starch reigns.

08/06/2005 | I can't stand cooked green beans, so usually my family would set some raw ones aside for me whenever they were served. If its a green bean casserole or cooked though I won't even get near it.
