Get him liquored to the nipples, take a few photos of him and Aunt May, and grab yourself some leverage on that Christmas bonus.

That would just ruin the whole family moment. You could NEVER relax the whole time he is there. Unless he was a super laidback boss, which is usually hard to come by. If he was tho, wouldnt be too bad hopefully.

It depends who the boss was. If they were the typical traditional strict boss, this would be a bit unexpected, just a bit! It would be a bit of a hassel.

I don't think my boss would do this since we share this long standing mutual contempt for each other. Although, if it did happen, it might be kind of interesting to see how long I could let the raw turkey sit out accidentally before cooking it. Muhahahahah.

Yes! This is my biggest pet-peeve. I HATE for people to invite themselves. Obviously-if I didn't invite you-you either 1) were not welcome at all, or 2) it was assumed you had other plans. Not everyone makes extra food to accomodate those that drop by without warning.

Hmmm . . . since my boss is a recovering alcoholic, this might not be the best idea.

If he is indeed that lonely and such a glutton for punishment, I say come on over. Plus, he'd have an easier time understanding why I turned out like I did, and just how much I've overcome (snicker).
