Elected President in 1980 and re-elected in 1984. Announced to the world that he was suffering from Alzheimer's Disease in 1994. Died June 2004.

Pretty much created our homeless problem in California by emptying out the mental institutions and suing to lower the state obligation to mental patients to those who are deemed dangerous.
