I am happy with 21st century auto insurance. It's inexpensive and their customer service so far has been very good.

21st Century has never been quite the same since the Northridge earthquake when it required a massive cash infusion to keep out of insolvency. Claims office is closed after noon on Friday's which is not very customer friendly.Update: 21st Century is owned by AIG, do I need to say anything more?
