AAA is best if you need them. I recomend them if you get in an accident. They will repair your car back to pre accident condition.

AAA does not do a very thorough job of invesigating claims and it seems like you have to talk to many different people handling different aspects of the claim.

I'm an attorney and the clients who come to me complaining about insurance bad faith are most often dealing with AAA. State Farm is second.
