The are just simply the nices facilities in the NYC area below the insane Reebok prices. With prices only around $125 a month, Equinox has the most beautiful aesthetics, offers the most ammenities, has the best classes, and nicest equipment. Their new VIP club at the Time Warner building is insane but ridiculously priced at 20k per year but all their other clubs are more than worth it.
