 | daame4 (0) 09/24/2007 | Horrible costumer service, terrible online banking (Went overdraft a couple of times because they would say I had money in my account, when I really didnt) Their online banking is what got on my nerves, they would post my transaction like 5 days latter; not good if u consider that the point of having a bank is to manage your money better. And omg, their customer service, they would look down on me, as in like youre young, irresponsible, dont know how to manage your money I canceled my account (after paying $140 of overdraft, because of $8.00 I didnt have in my account) and now I have found a better bank. (By the way, if you ever go overdraft, they will probably tell you to stop using your debit card, use cash thats what they told me)
