Too freaking expensive.

Well now that Eckerd has been sold to Rite Aid maybe things will be better. Having worked for them I found them to be the worst company I ever worked for and they don't care about their employees let alone alone the customer. Morale was low in most stores. You could never do enough and the district managers got the work done by those below them through intimidation. Too bad all the same people will keep their positions which means they will treat the store employees exactly the same. Another change but doubt it will be better.

I THINK ECKERD DRUG STORE IT HORRIBLE..AND I WILL NEVER NEVER USE IT AGAIN..THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY....WHEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR A PERSCRIPTION THAT WAS DROPPED OFF IN THE AFTERNOON AND YOU GO THERE IN THE EVENING AND IT IS LOST AND TAKES 1 HOUR TO FIND IT AND THEN AN HOUR TO FILL IT I CALL THAT SHODDY BUSINESS AND NOT CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS....YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF OTHERS THAT WERE THERE AND DID NOT GET THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS AT ALL...I AM AN IRATE CUSTOMER.

I am irate about the service I got at the Shirley N.Y. Eckerd Drug Store, I was there Wednesday night March 1.2006 to pick up a perscrip[tion that my husband left at around 3 o'clock the same day. I went there that night about 8 o'clock to pick it up and it was not ready and they could not even find it.It took them 1 hour to finally find the perscriptions that were stuck under a computer and had not been filled...I had to wait and additional hour for them to fill them as well as other people who had dropped their prescriptions off during the day and still had not been filled....One person came in at 8;30 to pick up her perscription she had dropped off at 2 o'clock and it still had not been filled....I also dropped a prescription off last month and when we went to pick it up it was not filled and they could not find it..They LOST it and did not have it at all..Now that is what I call horrible service and I am never going to use this store again.....I have been using this store for a long time since it was Genovese and never had a problem, but this has gone too far and I will not stand for this anymore...I guess you people dont care what happens to your customers, but you should....Will not wait again..

Prices are more competitive than they used to be. Less coupons to clip. No shopper card to carry and worry about.

During my 3 HOUR wait for my simple 12 or 16 prednisone, about 6 prescriptions were picked up.... Half were finished before the people came.... that means they were pumping them out at a rate of 1 per hour. What the hell is the matter with them for not staffing properly on a sunday afternoon??? I will not be returning to eckerd. I am so very thankful I do not own shares in the company- building stores all over the place, yet they cannot run one efficiently...

I am in Pa and the 2 pharmasists at this store are very rude and short with the customers. Further more they tell you 20 minutes and they are behind the counter eating and cleaning up only to tell you 10 min later that they don't have your drug. I have been going there for years and now I have switched all my perscriptions to another pharmacy. I hope CVS is better and hires more courteous people in their store. They lost my business forever.

They're ok but I'm surprised they're still in business. They were closing stores left and right a few years ago. I don't use them that much, but when I have they were ok.
