Grey Cup (Canadian Football) 3

What I hate is the color guy talking English and then Yiddish, or whatever the second official language of Canada happens to be that day.

Grey Cup (Canadian Football) 4

Ok, its not a big glamorous league and the style of football they play has sometimes been described as basketball on grass.

The season ends in late November, the championship is played most of the time in open air stadiums in crappy weather (read "worse than Green Bay").

The fans are as rabid and fanatical as any you'll find in any sport in North America.

The week leading up to the Cup has been called the Canadian National Drunk.

And most importantly, with rare exceptions, the games are exciting as hell.

Which makes a big change from the Super Bowl, come to think of it.
