05/22/2006 | I've met some people who've been in some serious trouble to shooting their mouths off rather than taking the rule of silence. Sometimes the best way to answer anything is with a deafening silence than an empty yell.

05/21/2006 | I'm sure that I've needed this advice at some point in my life, especially during my opinionated teen-aged years :) Arguing the point is usually of no use, which I have certainly learned over the years. For the most part, I have figured out when to talk and when to just sit back and listen to the whole thing, without adding my opinion into the mix.

05/21/2006 | I have an index card on my desk that says, "Never miss an opportunity to just shut up." This is a reminder to me that I can learn a lot by just listening and I can avoid some stupid spontaneous thoughts from escaping.
