But it's the great thinkers and teachers of the past like Plato, Aristotle and even Christ, whose influence continues to shape our world even until today. Empires rise and fall, ideas are consistent.

11/29/2004 | We may not be able to achieve actual immortality, but knowledge really is immortal. I can't help but think of the cases in history where a man or woman jotted down his or her personal thoughts and those words have become well-known quotes in our language.
