Coffee was okay, not special, but not bad. Atmosphere-unremarkable. I think it was rust-orange and brown or black hard tables and chairs. I didn't like that I can't get half decaf here. THe store I originally went to (now closed) didn't acknowledge me when I first walked in. I was the ONLY customer there, but they didn't see or hear me standing at the counter because they were sitting in a back corner. THe other store (both in Atlanta burbs) was newish when I went there the first time (and last)time. The man and woman behind the counter were pleasant (in their 30's or 40's- not kids), but when a family came in behind me who the woman knew, she went out of her way to acknowledge THEM, and to guess what they wanted. Since I was already at the counter in front of them, I gave her my order, paid, and sat down. A few minutes later, the woman brought out the drinks for the couple and their two kids...but nothing for me. After she served their drinks, the man behind the counter came over and sat at a table with the only other customer in the store, and proceeded to chat with her. He had to walk past me to get to her, and didn't even notice me sitting there with nothing. After a few more minutes, the woman worker saw me sitting there with nothing,so she asked if I wanted something to eat. I told her I just wanted my coffee. Both workers said to each other, "I thought YOU were getting it!" So far, I've been really unimpressed with Port City. THey just don't seem to be special.
