I used to like this drink , but as I got older the taste got unbearable for me. It does do what it is supposed to do though, it gives you a buzz with just one can, if you chugg it down really fast . Overall this drink is highly overrated and expensive. If you want real energy drink get Rip-it , it taste great and it is cheap. Or you can try BAWLS another great Drink. But please dont buy this crap. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because it packs a nice buzz.

I just tried Monster for the first time today, and it's downright disgusting. It tastes like a slightly carbonated melted blow-pop or jolly rancher (green apple mixed with watermelon if anyone's curious) which may have been fine when I was 7, but I also wasn't allowed to drink caffeine at such a tender age, so I can't imagine that's their audience unless parents are insane these days.

Dunno if I'll even make it through this drink despite the fact that I'm a total caffeine addict. Stay away from Monster unless you happen to like super-sweet, mouth-coating and syrupy flavored beverages.

Regular monster is probably one of the most well known energy drinks. I wouldn't call it the best, but with good taste, energy, and distribution it's up there.

The best energy drink on the market, great taste, easy to drink and gives a great boost in energy. If you find the Monster Green too sweet try the Lo-Carb version, it get's the job done without all the sugar.

Proprietary my butt. What you mean is that there isn't much Guarana at all compared to the other drinks. Sobe shows on the label that it has 174mg caffeine and 100mg guarana per 16oz can. It seems that Monster is nothing more than a big shot of sugar in what they call their "energy blend". Truly a placebo.

I think Monster Lo Carb is one of the best beverages on the market regardless of type (energy drink, pop, flavored water etc.) It has an excellent flavor with a clean finish and the energy rush is a solid one ... not creating jitters or nervousness. The best attribute of this stuff, and others can comment on this if they like, is you actually FEEL better after taking it. I think this drink is great and I hope Hansen drinks, who makes this stuff, never sells out to the big guys. The fact that this stuff is loaded with B vitamins should not be a surprise as Hansens old focus was vitamins and supplements. This is a phenomenal drink and I give it a 5/5.

I rather enjoy Monster's Chaos blend. Energy and juice with no fizz to slow me down when I need to chug. As with all energy drinks, use sparingly, unless you enjoy being Pilzy. :)

Going to be perfectly honest. I think Monster is over-hyped. It just didn't do as much as I thought it would for me. That being said, for me the energy after drinking this kicked in right away after drinking it. However, the taste gets a "meh" from me. So I'd say this would be your average energy drink. Better than some, worse than some. 3 stars.

We are known as the Monster Usa Wrestling team. As Jessica Simpson says "Your'e going to love this stuff!"

I'm a 42 year old Engineer for G.M, married with a 5 and 7 year old. Are you understanding why I drink Monster...................MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM the flavor I think is the addiction. Well maybe the cabonated bite I like most. I buy a can here and there at gas stations and finish before I get home. No naps on these days. As a matter of fact I just stain my deck and porch or what ever else needs to be done in fraction of the time if I had not had the Monster.

Most of the Monster flavors are tasty and distinguished. A bit harsh on the after taste at times, (no more than 2 for me please!) but overall a solidly positive experience. Good value for the $$$, and have powered me through many a long evening.

this drink is amazing my friends were all trying to get me to drink rockstar i had a couple they sucked it was bitter and tasted like smarties then i tryed full throtle it was to my liking i had a lot of red bull it was the best red bull and sobe then my friend jacked 2 monsters from a 7-11 and gave me one i tasted it and after one can i was hooked the taste was very differnet sweet but just the right touch of sweet and a kick that keeps u up and dosen't make you crash for some reason i would go to sleep after 5 hours with other energy drinks id be out to like knocked out like a log this keeps me up until god knows when perfect for all night studying for midterms its very stimulating amazing taste love monster never will i drink a rockstar or redbull again

it is a good drink but my body seems to adapt to it

After trying many other energy drinks you will find that monster will give you a monster crash. It will make you feel light headed and then will put you down for the count. After a half a hour after drinking this product I almost passed out.
