I'd rate it a zero if I could. Five weeks and five emails later - no order and no answer. What a waste of time and money.

This store has improved dramatically since it bought Carson's and the other stores from Saks a couple years ago! They did a great job of taking what made Carsons, Boston Store, etc. great and using it to improve their own stores.  They tend to have smaller stores, so the selection isn't as broad, but the service people are great and everything I've bought there is high quality and a good price.
