embarassing and maddening. not such a unusual thing to do when you live in a place where there are snowy icy winters like Michigan. not so uncommon at all to fall on my rear end. I dread the winters here and dealing with the crummy weather and yes,,,, risking falling down. I have also known the embarassment of falling at other times. lucky for me I have not had a huge audience yet. hell, what can you do but get up and hope you did not get hurt. having people see it happen would be the least of my trouble of falling down.

Not me but it happened to my dad, causing him to fall on his shoulder and tear his rotator cuff.

Try ladders sometime. I had a close call in an attic access hole. Ladder slid out from under me, but like a stud I grabbed the framing of the attic and did a tri dip to keep from busting my ass. It was a sweet move and saved me from a world of pain...

I have done this about 2 times in my life where people had to come over and help me up! once at a bar walking up the stairs, yes up the stairs. and once at this place called zaxby's in chapel hill. I was walking out on the deck and fell with my food tray.

Did I have a nice trip? Well, I'll tell you now... it wasn't exactly a vacation!

Yeah, this is pretty embarrassing, especially when there's a lot of people around.

I trip all the time, luckly I don't always land. Somehow, I am able to balance myself out, but I hit a lobby doors a few times(those transparent ones)Just like in the movie. The funniest thing is I start laughing automaticaly dibelieving just how clumsy I am sometimes.

*splat*. Oh well. Hey, could be worse--I knew people who fell UP the stairs. That's a feat beyond comprehension.

It is a little embarassing, but I was known in high school and college as the girl always falling either down or up the stairs. I never hurt myself, fortunately. When I took acting classes, I learned how to fall down the stairs gracefully without breaking any bones. Now when I trip or fall, I just laugh it off and thank my acting class.

Once again, I do this a lot so I have had to get used to it.
