04/02/2008 | You can differ on music (she likes Loretta Lynn; you like Bill Evans) or even religion (my last serious relationship was with a woman raised Catholic who converted to Protestantism; I was an agnostic from a mixed Catholic-Protestant background), but those poligtical differences will kill a relationship every time.

04/02/2008 | This happens alot, but this should not stop anyone from dating, going out to eat, a movie, whatever? I married a woman whose religion was different, and her music was also, but she now believes like I do, but her music? She still loves dance music-Yawns---lol

03/27/2008 | you cannot have exact feelings on everything unless you marry a robot. it is only expected you will disagree on some subjects. some may be more important than others. that would be men or women. just have to choose your battles.I can understand if you disagree on virtually everything. but this and that?

04/09/2006 | THAT IS POSSIBLY THE STUPIDEST ADVICE I'VE EVER HEARD. You don't always have to have the same music taste as a significant other nor the same political belifs. Many people have disproved your statement.
By the way, you spelt "poligtical" wrong.

04/22/2005 | Well if it's different music I doubt very much that a person will date, unless music is not a large part of either's lives. As far as religious and political beliefs, everyone has their own beliefs and opinions, sometimes it's fun to express, even argue. These are not factors I would use to determine if a person should date or not.

01/30/2005 | 1. I have my own political beliefs and that's it. No one agrees 100% of the time. Agree to disagree, this is not something that should terminate a relationship. There will always be disagreements about this kind of thing. There's no need to be too strident, but that's not somewhere you ought to go on a first date anyways. 2. Some girls would rather go out with someone of their own religion, with me that's no killer. Religion is something that can be worked around if both of you agree to it. 3. Music is no big deal either. It doesn't define the person at the end of the day and if you use it to judge a persons character, then you need to change your criteria, for that's very shallow.
