Those darn Wolverines couldn't tackle to save their lives. This was just a travesty to watch. Look out for Vince Young because he's gonna be the reason Texas beats Oklahoma next year.

A great game, at least after the first quarter. Quite the performance from Young.

This will be a great game. Next to the Orange Bowl game, this will be the most exciting and most popular game. Texas is expected to win with a mobile quarterback, great running back, and great defense. But Michigan traditionally beats teams that can't pass well consistently and Texas ranks near the bottom in IA football. Michigan 24 Texas 16

TEXAS 38 Michigan 17 This will be the most watched game next to the Orange in the country. The first Rose Bowl for the Horns and the first meeting of the #1 Bowl team (MU) vs the #3 Bowl team (UT) This game is exactly what the LONGHORNS need to show the world who they are and that they DO BELONG alongside the elite of college football. With a big win, the Horns should be ranked #2 or #3 in the final poll. Not bad for a bunch of Texans. Happy Holidays & Hook Em Horns!!!

So tires of all the damn whining of Cal fans and that Texas doesn't belong...I think the country has penis envy, including the Pac 10...The Big 10 didn't gripe about OU and Washington State two years ago when they didn't get a team in the Rose Bowl...Why because they had Ohio State in the MNC game...The Pac 10 should do the same and shut up...Nothing against Michigan but they've had trouble with mobile QB's all season and Vince Young can flat out fly for a 6'5 guy... I think between Young and Cedric Benson it will be too much for Michigan to stop...Texas 34 Michigan 20.

Texas will be getting booed all game long. Cal got screwed out of the Rose Bowl. HATTER'S PICK: Texas (They don't deserve to win, but they out-match Michigan.) TO COLORADOBULL: Yes, Texas held Oklahoma to only 12 points. But Oklahoma, in that same game, shutout Texas for the first time in 24 years.

Are you kidding me? HISTORIC! Edge goes to Texas--everyone seems to be missing the point. Only Texas was able to hold OU to only 12 points--their offense never got untracked but they have improved greatly since that early October game. It's Texas defense that gives them the edge--and Derrick Johnson, the best linebacker in college football. Their offense will do okay as well.

Down with Texas. They got shut out in their biggest game of the year and don't belong here.

Texas and Mack Brown will get what they deserve, a whoopin' by an angry Michigan team. The Wolverines will bounce back after their collapse at the Horseshoe.
