What I like about the theatre is it's close to my house. What I dislike is the rudeness and utter disresect the staff and managment show the customers. I have had awful, experiences. No matter what they do at this theater - sell you tickets then come into the theatre and tell you the projectors broke and you will have to leave. On and on, the list is endless neither the staff nor the manager himself ever apologize. Today I made a complaint about having the wrong times listed online and the staff never apologizes not even to say I apologize for the inconvenience - instead he actually said to an upset customer, "What is wrong with you." I will never attend this theatre again. There is no theatre in all of Houston with a lower level of customer service.
