I have a 3 series Bimmer and it's my daily driver. I've been to the automatic car washes and even tried a mobile detail company but they were more interested in speed and had three people crawling all over my car. The mobile detail company who claimed to be the "#1 Detail Company in Houston buffed my car and waxed it. It looked good until I washed it again and the swirls and dullness were back. I wasn't going to try this again until I came upon a website that contained the words passion and perfection, so I gave them a try, but was skeptical. Michael at Showroom Auto Detailing called and said he could rejuvenate my paint and fix the defects the other so called detailers left. He told me that's where he gets most of his business(Dealers and Detailers that aren't skilled) He gave me many options: I could drop the car off at his shop, he could come to me, or I could use his loaner car. I opted for the loaner car because my Bimmer is my daily driver. It was a 2 day job to complete the detail, but it was well worth it because my paint looked better than when I bought it. He also sent me picture during the whole detail to show me what he was correcting. He is not the cheapest in town, but I know now you truly get what you pay for. When I saw some of the during pictures I wondered why there was blue tape all over my car, but Mike says thats to keep the polish where it's supposed to be and not on your decals and in your crevices. I believe he is truly a magician with a buffer in his hand. One other thing, all the work was undertaken by Mike himself, which put me at ease knowing there wouldn't be 3 guys crawling all over my Bimmer trying to get it done as soon as possible. Thanks Mike for all the hard work, it's been two months and the water still beads off my hood.

Nothing like one on one, personal service. There's a loaner car if you're having your daily driver detailed, and they only detail 4-6 cars per week, so you can bet all attention is paid to getting your high end auto as close to perfection as humanly possible
