In Racine Wisconsin it is difficult to find a good service company to repair Fisher Paykel washing machines. Mine wasn't draining, so I decided to call Grand Appliance. I made the call at 8:30am and at 9:30am a guy named Dave was at my door! He repaired my washer quickly, cleaned up and charged a fair price. I will use this company in the future. Also, a real person answered the phone on the first ring when I called. :)

I love my new Whirlpool washer and dryer that I just bought from Grand Appliance!! I can do laundry so much faster now, and I actually noticed the savings on my water bill! I could not be happier with my purchase. The sales staff was awesome and delivery was fast and professional. I will buy from them again. No complaints.

I just bought a new Sharp HD LCD TV and a Panasonic surround sound system for my condo on the north side. The sales people were friendly and quite helpful. They helped me choose a tv that was perfect and just within my price range. The delivery and installation correct and on time.

Customer Serivce lady is rude and service is overpriced. They are making a killing on their parts and repair. I would recommend no one to Grand Appliance any more.

Our sales representavie outright lied to us about our warranty. The customer service and service representatives have push cosmetic damage their delivery or warehouse people did off on our warranties. The customer service and service department have been far from efficient and have been on every occassion other than a rare few completely disrespectful. All of our appliances have been repaired numerous times in the 2 years we have had them. The first repair being the day we purchased them. They were Extermely late with their original delivery( by several weeks). The original items purchased were not what was delivered and the ones actually delivered and installed were damaged. Save your money go elsewhere. You will save in the long run...believe me we wish we had!
