Honestly, I did do two routes and there was training. If one has a van or truck, OK, but still with how many one has to do, it can give a lot of strain to any vehicle. The weight does also strain you too. This it the worst job imaginable, and they want you to complete your route within 48 hours; but even though they give immediate pay after completing your route, it's very low. They don't reward you for all the work you put in and in most cases, it can pay lower than minimum wage. This job is also dangerous because you will have to face dogs, security systems and unruly people. I do feel sorry for some that are these and use the pay as their only source of payment.
Never again will I work as one.
