If you intend on touching your hair what-so-ever, you will end up with white dandruff-like flakes. It's horrible.

I've never tried their shampoo, but I love their hairspray - that one really does work! I have very long yet very thin hair and no hairstyle can stay in place without lots of bobbi pins and hairspray. I use the HE Maximum Hold spray and my hair stays in the style I put it in for like forever. Smells great, too!
