Nice for Chinese restaurants and culture -- just don't risk going there at night!

Chinatown doesn’t have to be scary, but this one sure is, or at least it was ten years ago. My friend and I were walking around outside a restaurant, and we saw this guy sitting on the steps of a dilapidated house tossing a foot-long knife with one hand. He saw us staring at him, glanced at a license plate on a nearby car, and asked if we wanted help taking it off. Being thirteen-year-old girls, we screamed and ran away. This sounds harmless in hindsight, but the bottom line is that stuff like this shouldn’t happen. It can give a child PTSD.
